At ETAclothes.store, we're committed to delivering your premium streetwear, formal wear, and accessories safely and efficiently across South Africa and beyond.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM SAST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We ship to all provinces across South Africa using trusted courier partners. Standard delivery times:

Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2-4 business days
Secondary cities and towns: 3-6 business days
Remote areas: 5-8 business days

Shipping Rates:

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We offer two shipping options for orders within South Africa:
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders over R770. Orders under R770 qualify for free standard shipping based on weight (up to 769.99kg). Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: R150 flat rate for faster delivery within 1-3 business days, available on all orders regardless of order value.
International Shipping

We're pleased to offer free international shipping to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia.

International delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days depending on customs processing and local postal services.

- Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and cart total.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by location (7-21 business days). Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track your package in real-time through our courier partner's website.

Shipping for Special Items

Jewelry & Accessories: Packaged with extra care and signature confirmation
Footwear: Ships in protective packaging to prevent damage
Formal Wear: Carefully folded or hung to minimize creasing
